Maria Elena Kaldani comes to Unique Hotel Solutions as a 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry. She has a proven track record of strategically targeting international clients and markets to add incremental revenue to appropriate hotels, allowing for increased market share. Her hospitality experience began in the mid-1980s with Sheraton Bal Harbour, followed by The Biltmore Hotel. From there, Kaldani quickly became one of the most desired international salespersons in the industry. She was also part of Delano’s opening team with Ian Schrager Hotels in Miami Beach, and was a frontrunner in introducing South Beach to the international market. At ISH, Kaldani was promoted to Global Director of International Sales and successfully drove new business to all eight of their locations (in London, New York, Miami, Los Angeles and San Francisco). In her most recent position as Director of Sales at Sagamore on South Beach, Kaldani enhanced her leadership skills and exposure to other market segments. The resort was being repositioned and required recruiting a new sales team, executing a new sales strategy and soliciting new market segments in all regions to accomplish the revenue goals. Kaldani’s solid reputation with clients, built on years of trust and credibility, gives her a strong advantage in the international market. Her passion, commitment, interpersonal charisma and flexibility drive results. She is Ecuadorian by birth and holds a degree in International Business from Stanford University.

NICOLE DOEBRICH

Nicole Doebrich comes to UHS with a vast experience in the Luxury domestic corporate and
group market. Her experience in the hotel industry started at Kerzner International Resorts working
in the Casino Sales and Marketing Department for both Atlantis and Ocean Club One and Only
resorts. After Kerzner she joined Sagamore Hotel as a Corporate Sales Manager handling the
corporate group market throughout the US. Nicole successfully obtained new business to the
hotel from new segments such as the pharmaceutical, fashion, finance, and entertainment
markets mainly from the Northeast. In her last position at Hawks Cay Resort as the Northeast Sales
Manager Nicole exposed her sales capabilities offering the resort new and fresh ideas in selling to
the luxury market. Nicole is a result driven sales person, understands the culture of the domestic
market and holds a vast portfolio of clients throughout the US. She was born in California and
holds a degree in Business Administration from Florida State University.

GIOVANNA BOSSIO

Giovanna Bossio joined Unique almost immediately out of college. Before joining Unique she had already been involved with the hospitality industry. She worked briefly for Danik MedSpa as their Marketing Assistant. Giovanna joined Unique early in 2009 as Sales Assistant where she excelled and demonstrated excellent sales skills. Giovanna was promoted to Group Sales Executive recently because of her dedication, fast learning skills, and most specially her showing at an early stage her passion for the industry. Giovanna handles the corporate and incentive group market for Unique. Giovanna holds a degree in Marketing Management from Florida Atlantic University and was born in Lima, Peru.

Michelle Colindres comes to Unique from a vast experience as an Administrator for various industries. Michelle has a proven record of managing large sales and marketing offices. Her unique technical and computer skills makes Michelle a natural at Unique’s fast pace sales office. Michelle has a degree in international business from Loyola University and was born in Honduras.
